ROSEHILL DEPARTMENT OF MAIN ROADS BUILDING.

A heritage warehouse adaptive reuse project on the historic Department of Main Roads building in Rosehill.  

The works involved heavy structural demolition, preservation of heritage facades and significant upgrades to incoming mains services.

Environmental management was a key part of the project, requiring management of asbestos-containing materials and other hazardous substances.
